Sophia Parker is the Founder and Chief Executive of Little Village, a London-based charity that acts as a foodbank, but for clothes, toys and equipment for babies and children up to the age of five. For me, sharing my story has empowered me to live each day to make a difference to the lives of young people. I live each day as if it was my last day and if I have not had an impact on someone’s live my life is not worth living.
Stories have always been a powerful magic. Human beings are wired for them. The story we choose to tell about ourselves is a kind of spell, a way to write upon the world. But what if the narrative ‘tell your story; change the world’ is itself another story?
