Diane Johnson is the founder and CEO of EnFold, an award-winning autism support charity based in Northamptonshire. Launching services in 2020, En-Fold offers personalised guidance to autistic individuals and their families, helping them navigate and access vital support services.
Diane’s personal experience as an autistic person and Mum to 2 autistic children fuels her passion for the cause, enabling her to connect authentically with those she serves. Under her leadership, EnFold has grown to provide one-on-one support sessions, groups for adults and parents, a peer support service, training, and a youth advisory project for young people aged 11–25. Her work continues to make a significant impact in the autism community.
