Chloe Juliette is a care experienced engagement practitioner, qualitative social researcher and intervention evaluator striving to improve EDI practices.
Chloe started out in community arts alongside participating in government co-production projects focused on developing children’s social care policy. In response to her exposure to the foster care system, interpersonal abuse, and the societal disadvantages that came with them, she built a career as a qualitative research, evaluation and engagement practitioner. She has historically focused on children’s social care and wider health services alongside enabling seldom heard and public voices to feed into a wide range of policy spaces. She is currently focused on community-led action and sustainable societal behaviours.
