Eliza Rebeiro is the Co-Founder and current CEO of Lives Not Knives, a charity based in Croydon that aims to reduce youth violence by engaging, educating and empowering up to 10,000 young people a year. Eliza started the charity with her mother after being excluded from school and seeing knife crime firsthand at only 14 and has since won a number of awards including the Princess Diana award of excellence for the programmes she created to raise awareness and support young people to know their rights in schools. Outside of helping young people, Eliza has a passion for seeing the world and enjoys visiting new countries, pre pandemic.
