She founded the organisation in response to urgent community needs following the war in Ukraine and has since directed a wide range of advocacy, wellbeing, and support services, exemplifying her commitment to leadership in refugee and migrant support. Oksana is passionate about representation, equality, and ensuring that lived experience voices are heard in public and policy spaces.
