Spokesperson Network

Chloe Juliette

A passionate and active member of the care experienced community, and qualitative social researcher, with the hope of supporting better policy making.

Chloe started out in community arts. Through creating safe environments where people could open up, she was frequently exposed to stories of poverty, distress and exclusion. This, coupled with the challenges that growing up in care left her with, drove her to get involved in Government co-production projects focused on developing policy. She continued to work as a community musician and sound engineer while broadening her experience and building new skillsets.

After a few years she took a full-time job as a qualitative social researcher, with the hope of supporting better policy making. She now works at Ipsos MORI, supporting clients who serve the public and enabling the public to feed into complex policy decisions. She is also a passionate and active member of the care experienced community.
