The Big Lottery Fund has commissioned sounddelivery to deliver three podcasting workshops for their communications, marketing and regional teams. BIG is the organisation responsible for giving out half the money raised by the National Lottery for good causes: 14 pence of every pound spent on a Lottery Ticket. Every year BIG gives out millions of pounds from the National Lottery to good causes supporting community groups and projects that improve health, education and the environment. BIG wants to use audio and podcasting to tell the stories of where the Lottery money goes, and update supporters and stakeholders on how grants are allocated. The first workshop was run on Thursday 5th of November and there are two further workshops planned later this year.
