YHA accommodates school trips at many of its hostels around the UK.

It runs a special scheme called Breaks 4 Kids which helps to fund places for disadvantaged children to join their friends or classmates on residential visits with YHA.

YHA contributes up to 50% of the cost of accommodation and food for children from low-income households on trips with school or other youth groups, so that no one is left behind. These visits help to broaden their horizons, improve their communication skills, and build confidence and self-esteem.
